SciFest accepts individual competitors and groups of up to three students. All group members must be enrolled in the same grade division and are evaluated together as a single unit. There is no limit on the number of presenting groups at this time.
RHS science clubs and outside student organizations are invited to present exhibition booths and activity stations. Club exhibitions run throughout the event and are not judged or scored.
Outside organizations not currently listed among SciFest's participating clubs may apply for exhibition space pending review, contact us before submitting.
SciFest reserves dedicated booth space for STEM related nonprofits, open to all event attendees from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

SciFest 2027 is not a closed event. Any student in grades 5 to 12 at any New Jersey school is eligible to register, no invitation, no prior affiliation with Robbinsville required. You apply through the exact same process as every other competitor, and you're evaluated by the same judge panel against peers in your own grade division.
If your school plans to send a group of competing teams, email us in advance to coordinate registration, table assignments, and logistics. Each group still registers and pays individually.
We're building a network of New Jersey science programs connected through SciFest. Email us to coordinate a large group's registration, arrange a pre-event info session, or connect your club to the exhibition or nonprofit booth program.
