Open to every student in grades 5 to 12, at every school in New Jersey. Registration is open now, with applications welcome from everyone.

Track 1

Individual & Group Registration

SciFest accepts individual competitors and groups of up to three students. All group members must be enrolled in the same grade division and are evaluated together as a single unit. Any number of presenting groups may register at this time.

Registration is open now. Your abstract is submitted together with this form, in one single step. Payment of $20 per group is made in person at check-in on event day.

Submitting this form secures your spot. The $20 fee is paid in person at check-in on March 14, 2027, cash or check accepted. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible so we can open your spot to another group.

Track 2

School & Club Registration

RHS science clubs and outside student organizations are invited to present exhibition booths and activity stations. Club exhibitions run throughout the event as open showcases, separate from judged competition.

Outside organizations beyond SciFest's current list of participating clubs may still apply for exhibition space pending review, contact us before submitting.

Booth Program

STEM Nonprofit Booth

SciFest reserves dedicated booth space for STEM related nonprofits, open to all event attendees from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Eligibility

  • Any nonprofit organization in relation to STEM may participate
  • Mission related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, or medicine
  • Serving or based in New Jersey
  • 501(c)(3) status is optional

Booth Details

  • Cost: $10 per booth, paid in person at check-in on event day
  • One table provided in the Commons or Gymnasium
  • Minimum 2 student or staff reps at the booth at all times, 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Posters, brochures, demos, and merchandise welcome
2026 Nonprofit Booths. Last year's SciFest welcomed G64Education under the G6PD Deficiency Foundation, NJ Madhatter Knits, Women in STEM, curingwithCARE Robbinsville, SIREN, Rise2Play, and Readability.

Outside Schools Welcome

Competing From Outside Robbinsville? You Belong Here.

SciFest 2027 is a fully open event. Any student in grades 5 to 12 at any New Jersey school is eligible to register, regardless of invitation or prior affiliation with Robbinsville. You apply through the exact same process as every other competitor, and you're evaluated by the same judge panel against peers in your own grade division.

Bringing a Team From Your School

If your school plans to send a group of competing teams, email us in advance to coordinate registration, table assignments, and logistics. Each group still registers and pays individually.

For Science Teachers & Department Chairs

We're building a network of New Jersey science programs connected through SciFest. Email us to coordinate a large group's registration, arrange a pre-event info session, or connect your club to the exhibition or nonprofit booth program.

Cancellation Policy. Presenter and nonprofit booth fees are due in person at check-in on event day, separate from registration. If you need to cancel a presenter, club, or nonprofit booth registration, email us as soon as possible so we can open your spot to another group.
